Control Solutions Inc. Hires Brian Jones as Director of Turf & Ornamental
Pasadena, TX — Control Solutions Inc. (CSI), a hybrid chemical manufacturer of turf management, pest management, animal health, and consumer products, announced the appointment of Brian Jones as Director of Turf & Ornamental. In this role, Jones will report to Sam Pass, Head of Sales, and lead the sales team, driving growth and delivering results for CSI’s Quali-Pro division.
Jones has more than 18 years of industry experience, most recently with SiteOne Landscape Supply, where he held multiple leadership roles across national, international, and retail accounts. He began his tenure as Inside Sales Manager of National Accounts before advancing to International Accounts Manager and Retail Accounts Manager. Over the next 11 years, he served as National Accounts Manager, leading key lawn care operator relationships and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
During his time managing LCO accounts, Jones was selected to lead the pest control national account strategy. In late 2023, he was promoted to Segment Manager of Pest Management, where he played a key role in expanding the company’s pest management business.

Jones began his career as a Horticulture Manager with Green Arbor Landscapes, where he developed hands-on expertise in plant health, product application, and customer service, experience that continues to guide his approach to supporting end users today. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys DIY projects, spending time with family, being active in his church, riding his Harley, and travelling. Brian resides in Tennessee and is married with 6 children—3 boys and 3 girls—who he refers to as the “Jones Bunch.”
