Heather Erskine is Promoted to Technical Service Manager

Erskine joined CSI in 2017, serving as Project Manager on the Product Development Team where she advanced her skills and experience. As a Project Manager, she was acutely involved in a wide variety of product stages and milestones from concept to commercialized, including manufacturing, formulation, and regulatory. She supported the new product development processes, helping to ensure the team achieved superior product launches.

As the newest addition to the PCO Technical Services Management Team, Erskine will work with university researchers and industry cooperators to test products and build data packages for new projects in development. She will also support CSI’s PCO Sales team and CSI’s Marketing team by participating in industry events, presenting training materials, and offering marketing content.

Erskine came on board after graduating from the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelors & Masters degrees in Entomology with a specialization in Urban Pest Management. During her time as a student, she conducted research on critical pests of our industry, including bed bugs, cockroaches, and mosquitoes. Erskine also brings with her a unique background and pest management experience earned while working on her family-owned golf course and cow-calf operation in Florida.

Congratulations Heather!
