The Quali-Pro CSI Distributor Rebate Portal is designed for Authorized Distributors, Golf Management companies, and other companies that manage multiple customer locations.
Registration is a two-step process:

REGISTRATION: Complete and submit this form. Please allow up to 5 business days for review and approval.

EMAIL: Once Approved or Denied, you’ll receive an email. If Approved, your email will have a link to finish your registration by creating your login. This step is required to enable two-factor authentication (2FA), helping protect your account and ensure secure access to the portal.
- Once your login is set up, you’ll be able to access the Distributor Dashboard to register your customers, track rebates and see their rebate history.
Please note:

You will only see rebates earned that are specifically tied to the distributor sales representative.

Every customer will be given the opportunity to approve or deny their Distributor as well as register themselves in the End User Portal.

Franchise Locations: Companies that are part of a franchise may not be eligible to participate in these rebate programs. Please contact your territory manager for more information.
