Welcome to the new End-User CSI Rebate Portal. We’re excited to provide you with an easy way to track and manage your rebate activity.
Registration is a simple two-step process:

REGISTRATION: Complete and submit this form. Please allow up to 5 business days for review and approval.

EMAIL: You’ll receive an email with a link to finish your registration by creating your login. This step is required to enable two-factor authentication (2FA), helping protect your account and ensure secure access to the portal.
Once your login is set up, you’ll be able to access the Rebate Dashboard.
Rebate Enrollment:
- Each rebate program requires its own enrollment, as eligibility, payment methods, and program details may differ.
- Once enrolled in a rebate, you will be able to view and track your rebate history.
Please note:
All rebates apply only to purchases made through Authorized Quali-Pro and CSI-Pest distributors.
Franchise Locations: Companies that are part of a franchise may not be eligible to participate in these rebate programs. Please contact your territory manager for more information.
