Registration is a simple two-step process:

REGISTRATION: Complete and submit this form. Please allow up to 2 business days for review and approval.

EMAIL: You’ll receive an email with a link to finish your registration by creating your login. This step is required to enable two-factor authentication (2FA), helping protect your account and ensure secure access to the portal.
Once your login is set up, you’ll be able to access the portal to view available rebates and track your rebate history.

All rebates apply only to purchases made through Authorized Quali-Pro and CSI-Pest distributors.
Franchise locations are not eligible to enroll in rebate programs as independent companies. To ensure consistency and maximize benefits across the organization, rebate participation is managed at the corporate or key account level. If you have questions please contact your Territory Manager.
