Doxem Precise and the Precision Delivery System is the next big thing in Professional Pest Management. Since the 1990s, when dry flowable baits were first introduced, PMPs have utilized these tools to manage infestations of urban pests, such as cockroaches and ants. Dry flowable baits were especially useful to combat gel bait averse populations of German cockroaches in food-handling areas. The dry powder material flows deep into cracks and crevices, penetrating harborage areas where pests live and breed. Additionally, the dry material lasts longer than gel formulations for long residual control. By affecting pests in two ways, both as a bait and as a dust material, pests were exposed in very different ways to the product.
Unfortunately, over time, the use of these baits declined, but not because they were ineffective. They were labor intensive to apply, messy, and were inconsistent in application, costly, and challenging to determine how much bait was applied. A tube of bait was intended to provide approximately 200 bait applications, but over-application, spillage, and poor application options limited the consistency of application.
Several years ago, Control Solutions, Inc. set out on a path of intensive development to create an innovative solution for the pest management industry. The decision to invest the time was due to a need identified in the pest management industry by pest management professionals. The Precision Delivery System featuring Doxem Precise is the solution to former challenges with dry flowable baits. The system delivers unparalleled efficacy, ease of use, application consistency, and value per bait placement.
Doxem Precise is the solution for PMPs that have struggled with making applications of dry bait products because of measuring difficulties. Doxem Precise can be accurately placed deep into voids, cracks, and crevices using the Precision Delivery System applicator with little to no guessing on how much bait is applied. To determine how much bait is applied, a PMP must simply count the number of seconds the trigger is actuated; 0.2 grams of bait is applied per second of trigger actuation time. All a PMP must do is keep track of the total number of seconds the trigger is pulled. That's all. No guessing. No eyeballing it. Accurate application rates in real-time.
The Precision Delivery System (PDS) is specially designed to apply Doxem Precise bait. It applies the bait consistently, accurately, and precisely. The PDS allows for the delivery of proper dosage of baits and prevents overapplication or inconsistent placements due to its precise application method. Consistency is key for a PMP to know how much product is applied and the PDS delivers.
In addition to the highly accurate bait placements, the PDS also allows PMPs to make applications with baits into areas that were unreachable before. Deep penetration into voids, where cockroaches and other pests hide is possible, not just the length of an applicator, but up to 24" deep into voids, cracks, and crevices. No cockroach populations are out of reach with the Precision Delivery System. The PDS makes it possible for deep pockets of pests to be easily targeted and eliminated.
Studies conducted with third party cooperators have shown that Doxem Precise is highly effective against cockroaches and ants. 100% of German cockroaches died within four days of exposure of Doxem Precise and American cockroaches died within two weeks of exposure, greatly beating other competitor dry flowable baits vs. both of these pests. In another study, Doxem precise bait that was aged for two years was still highly attractive to German cockroaches, killing 100% of German cockroaches after 5 days. This benefit is huge compared to gel baits that dry out and become crusty – Doxem Precise will continue to work and provide extreme longevity.
A University study shows Doxem Precise worked faster and provided more complete control of cockroaches verses the leading competitive dry flowable bait.

Doxem Precise is an excellent option for food handling establishments and can be applied while the facility is in operation and open. Any crack and crevice could be a potential pest hiding spot and is a great place to apply Doxem Precise – into storage areas, wall voids, equipment, stainless steel tables, dining tables, booths. Not only is Doxem Precise labeled for cockroaches, but other annoying pests that get into commercial facilities including silverfish and some stored product pests will readily feed on Doxem Precise bait, making this bait a versatile tool for many pests. Additionally, cracks and crevices can be treated to control ants, earwigs, and ground beetles around brick, foundations, porches, screens, eaves, and patios outdoors. Doxem Precise is an excellent, flexible tool for many pests both indoors and outdoors.
This revolutionary combination of bait and application device makes pest control technicians more effective, efficient, and professional. The supporting efficacy data and customer field trials have confirmed this is a "game-changer" in the professional pest management industry.
